Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair, unless your service includes a wash.

Deposits & Payments

• • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
• • The deposit will go toward your total balance
• • Remaining balance is due in cash, CashApp, or another approved method

Cancellations & No-Shows

• • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours before your appointment
• • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit your deposit
• • Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings

Late Policy

• • A 10-minute grace period is allowed
• • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee may apply
• • After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited

Guest Policy

No extra guests unless being serviced. Space is limited and meant for clients only.

Hair Extensions & Supplies

• • If providing your own hair, ensure it's the correct type, length, and quantity
• • Hair can be purchased through Majesty's Touch upon request

Clean & Respectful Environment

• • Please arrive fresh and ready for your service
• • No smoking or strong odors
• • Respect for the stylist and other clients is required at all times

Service Satisfaction

• • If you have concerns, please address them before leaving the appointment
• • Adjustments can be made within 48 hours (at stylist's discretion)
